Planning and preparation for learning is important because it helps

you be prepared for what youre about to learn. In planning you
wont face any obstacles such as unorganized notes that will make it
difficult to find the information youre looking for. You always have to
put in mind those things in mind before planning for learning: Your
objectives, the content of the material, your organization, and your
resources. Every teacher goes through several stages in order to
prepare for teaching. My MST was that the teacher always came to
the classroom prepared before hand with SOs, and she planned the
time in conjunction to the overall class duration
