Reflection 7

I think that the circle time worked better than the other activities
because they enjoy singing. The teachers best strategy was to
observe what interests the child and go on it. The teacher used a
punishment system which was to sit in the corner of the classroom
alone with a teddy bear called Mr. Brownie if the child misbehaved
to manage the children. I didnt notice any child with unusual
behavior or was difficult at the classroom. I think the teacher had a
more negative approach to dealing with management because she
.used punishment instead of a reward system
