Whats Going On In Kindergarten?

This week we are working on the following: asking and answering questions using what,
who, where, why, when and how; answering questions using details (colors, shapes,
sizes); practicing letter sounds; tracing their names; naming the letters of the alphabet;
shapes and colors. They will be attending Computers, Art, P.E. and Library throughout the
week.
This weeks homework will be focused on your child practicing writing their first name,
counting objects from 0-10 and writing numbers 0-10. In addition, your child must read
(read to) for at least 10 minutes each night and record the title of the story read on the
Reading Log.

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held next week.

Please adhere to the dress code No flip flops and spaghetti straps allowed in
school.
Wear your tennis shoes on the days that you have P.E.

Bring a daily snack.
School starts at 8:10 A.M. and ends at 3:10 P.M.
Parent Pick Up students may be picked up in the Cafeteria at 3:10 P.M. Remember
to bring your students card with their name on it you so dont have to show your I.D.
to pick up your child.
