Introduction of Fraser & Neave Holdings Berhad

F&N (Fraser and Neave) is a company that cover food and beverage, brewing,
property industries. F&N is also one of Malaysias diversified blue chip companies with the
most exquisite leadership of the nations beverage and dairy products. (Fraser & Neave
Holdings Berhad, 2011)
F&N was formed by John Fraser and David Chalmers Neave in 1883. To expend its
business, F&N invest in sweetened condensed milk and milk business in 1973. After this
year, the company produce ice-creams product and after ten years of producing ice-creams
product, F&N decide to release their iconic product which is 100plus soft drink in 1984.
The company also listed in Bursa Malaysia with more than 3,000 employees across
Malaysia, Thailand and Brunei. The goal of F&N is to become the most successful food and
beverage company in Malaysia to lead the industries. The mission of the company is to
become a world-class multinational companies and to provide our shareholder with superior
returns, increased excellent value and rewarding career to our customers and our employees.
The companys soft drinks (soft drink) sector contributed about 50% of revenue,
while the other 50% percent of the profits contributed by other sectors. F&N canned milk has
expanded to more than 20 countries around the world, including Thailand, Burma, Hong
Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, and including Malaysia itself.
The few examples of F&N Holdings Berhad beverages are F&N Seasons, F&N Fruit
Tree, F&N OISHI Green Tea, F&N condensed sweetener, F&N blue mountain and many
more. They have been in the food and beverages businesses for a very long time and F&N
Holdings Berhad operates as a subsidiary of Fraser and Neave, Limited. (Fraser & Neave
