Meeting began at 4:30 PM

Treasurers Report:
Current balance is:
$ 10,880.17

M&T Checking Account

+.70 cent increase per paycheck for disability & life insurance increase next year

Sunshine Committee:
Sunshine check that was sent to member was not received. Mike will look into it.
Sick Bank:
One sick bank request denied and one approved by a few days.
Grievances:
None
Complaints/Questions:
Question regarding life insurance can you take with you when you retire? The
answer is yes members must be kept on rolls as retired.

New Business:
Ballots will go out for elections.
Nancy Phelps attended meeting to present some materials and answer questions
that we had. Also, made suggestions as to how to get information out to our
members, increase attendance at meetings, and talk about structure at upcoming
meetings.

The next monthly Board Meeting will take place on June 6, 2016.
