Fantasy- A lot of people think baking is easy but the decorating and putting together ideas is difficult.

Bachelors in Business and going to continue to take classes on baking.

Waking up early and baking all day- measurements, store runs.

Very secure and the baking industry is advancing a lot.

The most important- Instagram and social media helps to get your name out there.

Very scary and stressful- you call all the shots and you always hope that your products are better than
someone elses.
