Interview would constitute of majorly 4 rounds

1. Aptitute Test, 2. HR Interview, 3. Technical Interview, 4. Manager Interview
Aptitute Test Prepration Aptitute test would consist of very basic questions on
English, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, please solve the sample paper
below for practice

2. HR Interview Sample Questions
a. Introduce youself
b. What is BPO, what is difference between a call center and BPO
c. Why you want to join TCS, name some competitors of TCS
d. Have you worked somewhere, what is your achievement?
e. Where do you see yourself 3 years down the line
f. Are you comfortable working in shift, can you sign a bond?
g. How would you manage your stay in Gandhinagar/Baroda?
You can find or know answers of all of them, be careful for question f. as its to chk
your stability, so you need to say yes, as TCS do not have any bond policy
3. Technical Interview Sample Questions
a. What is Loan, Depreciation, Mortgage , Capital Budgeting, Accounting
Rules etc.( for finance profile)
b. What you understand by GDP etc.
c. What is the market research, what is vlookup in excel, describe
segmentation of market.(for market research profile)
d. Questions from your past experience/projects
e. Difference between Marketing and sales
f.

7 Ps of Marketing.

4. Manager Interview Sample Questions

a. Situational questions on team management How can you prove you are
a good team player?/From your past experience please give an example
where you have been successful working and leading team?
b. Are you looking to do further education? Why and Why not?
c. Are you preparing for Banking sector exams , do you have given any
exams before ? Ans - no

d. Tell us one reason why we should not hire you? 5 reasons why we should
hire you?
e. Why you have not got job till now, why you changed so many jobs etc.
Please make sure you answer correctly in English, also for question b. please
maintain that you need to work now and gain experience for at least 2-3 years and
then you will think for further education

Note : These are just sample questions, as per our experience and
understanding. Interviewer can ask anything , you need to be prepared.
