Start slowly, one step at a time


Remove the trigger from your diet and add in the healing foods from the Healing Foods Guide.
Start with bone broth.
Try a few new recipes and healing foods each week.
Master one thing at a time and then move on. Feel free to take the program at your own pace.

Remember this is a lifestyle change!

Keep it simple!
Stick to simple foods and recipes, according to your gut type (organic vegetables, fruits, meats, etc).
Use appliances, such as a crock pot and power blender to save on time.
Dont be afraid to use the same recipes multiple times throughout the week.
Buy and cook in bulk and prepare meals in advance.
