After a warm winter we now have a cold spring everything in my
garden seems to be confused. Some things are early, some late and
some seem to have given up. At least now it looks finally as if we might
get a bit of warmth.
May
This month we will be visiting the Jardin de Pomone in Saint Denis du
Pin. (Le Jardin de Pomone, La Fayolle,- 12 Rue du Chateau d'eau,
17400 Saint-Denis-du-Pin) Many of you have not seen it yet and for
those of us who have it is well worth revisiting!
We will meet at 14:00 at the NOZ (Next to Intermarch) car park on the
roundabout before the A10 intersection on the D939 (The same place
as we met for the visit last year). The gardens are only a few kilometres
from there. Heres a map.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are coming so we
can tell them how many people to expect. (0549-072031)

Hi Everyone,
The newsletter is late this month, my fault, Ive been trying for several
days to contact the owners of the gardens at Pomone and only
managed it today.
Good support and many questions at our last meeting, Thank you to all
who came.
Garden at St. Fraigne. We have started work on the garden, marked
out a new path, which will be finished this week, side panels have been
erected as has an archway. Thanks to Jan and Laurie. We now need
some helpers please, liaise either with me (0546 336617) or Janette
(0545 825593 ) to help in making raised beds, building and painting the
main structure, and finally planting.
