Tzatziki Sauce

Plain Yogurt, fat free


Lemon Juice
Sour Cream, fat free
Cucumber, grated
Red Onion, grated
Dill Weed, dried
Ground Black Pepper

STEPS
1. Place a coffee filter in a strainer or colander set
over a bowl. Put the yogurt in the coffee filter
and allow it to drain in the refrigerator for about
1 hour. (Or, substitute plain Greek yogurt and
skip this step)
2. Using a cheese grater, grate the fresh cucumber
and onion. (For a thicker sauce, place cucumber
and onion on paper towels after grating and
squeeze to remove excess liquid).
3. Combine all ingredients (including yogurt) in a
bowl and whisk until blended.
4. Serve!
