    To Whom It May Concern:


    It is my pleasure to be writing this letter of recommendation for Mr. Harrison Moss. We have
    been so lucky to have Mr. Moss student teach this year at Adele Harrison where I am principal.
    He has truly become a valuable member of the Adele family.
    Mr. Moss has a collaborative spirit. Our Science department has been actively reforming the
    science curriculum to align with the integrated Next Generations Science Standards (NGSS)
    and English Language Development Standards (ELD). Mr. Moss has been at the heart of this
    team collaboration since the first day he stepped foot on campus. He attends site and district
    trainings and his contributions are consistently noteworthy. Mr. Moss works tirelessly with his
    supervising teacher to develop new lessons following the NGSS and puts them into practice
    with ease.
    In the classroom, Mr. Moss has a comfortable, natural presence. It is clear his students respect
    him and are interested in what he has to say. Mr. Mosss lessons are developed for
    differentiation and include student-centered learning, collaborative group discussions and
    cooperative model building. His plans integrate common core standards, ELD standards and
    NGSS. Students use digital technology for assessment and projects on a regular basis in his
    classes. Mr. Moss also positively contributes to IEP meetings and writes detailed student
    progress reports for the meetings he does not attend.
    On a personal level, Mr. Moss is friendly and approachable. He is quick with a smile and
    always willing to lend a hand. I have enjoyed having Mr. Moss on campus and will be sad to
