Reflective
Lesson plan the most important thing for the teacher. Without lesson plan
the lesson will be messy. The Teacher should prepare lesson plan before
class. That will make the lesson finish smoothly
I think, my lesson plan follow some rule I suggest to do it in the class. I access some objectives
that I thought it good enough in the class with my students. My lesson plan was about seasons.
The lesson has many new words and my MST asked me to give them all the word. I made this
class just for vocabulary words. The students are grade eight, so I made lesson on they level.
Also, all students in class in same level, so it was essay to made for them lesson plan. I follow
five stage in my lesson which are engagement, building knowledge, transformation, presentation
and reflection. In first stage, I show students video about season and they like it. In second stage,
I was stick the new words in the board. Then, I give student dictionary and I asked them to
search the meaning of the words and put it in the sentences. In third stage, I let the students share
their worked with all the students. In presentation stage, I let the students in pair discus about the
words and made some sentences about it. In last stage, I let the students to write their own
sentences about the word and draw a pictures related to the sentences. All stage was clear and
fun for the students. I think, I give the students clear interaction about each activates I did it with
them. I did not finish all lesson plan stage in my class like what I look forward, but I think
students learn the new word like what I plan. In future, I will use this lesson plan again because it
worked will, but I will try to manage the time during the class. This lesson plan have different
activates which did not let students felt boring. Also, it was new lesson for the students, so I like
to let them like the lesson. The learning style I like it more was visual and physical styles. This
two style the most students like it more than other styles. They like to see video, picture and flash
card. In my lesson plan, I was use video and search by them self to let them felt interesting when
they study. Moreover, I give my students clear interaction and I used comprehension all the time
to make sure that Communicate with my students all the time. My students like very much the
class and they felt interesting with the activates. I saw how they learn by them self and they felt

happy when they work together. I think, the school distributed the students by the level. In each
section, I saw the students in same level, so that make easy for me to made lesson plan for them.
Also, I saw some students had some difficulty with the language and writing, so I focus more in
this until I saw some improve in this two case problem. My management way was worked with
my students and I did not saw any difficulty with management. I will use same my management
way with my students in the future.

The lesson plan is important and the teacher should not skip it. Lesson plan help the teacher to
finish the lesson smoothly. Also, it help the teacher to finish the lesson in the time and to not loss
the time.
