I have known Daniel Herguth for over 3 years and have had the pleasure of being one of this teachers and
Athletic Directors at Buckingham Charter. From my experience and observations, Daniel is a student with a
bright future and many valuable qualities that will serve him well in the next step in his life.
While Daniel has involved himself in many opportunities in his high school career, I think that having the
attitude of being content and passionate about what he is doing has been key in how he has matured and
found his direction for the future. Key qualities that I see in Daniel are his effective leadership and
communication skills and he has used these to build rapport with classmates as well as exhibiting a genuine
interest in helping others. The understanding of strengths and weaknesses are an important process in a
young persons life and Daniel definitely has impressed me with a balanced recognition of both. Personal
development and confidence are the two anchors that will catapult Daniel into a very successful career.
