Q1: A Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Study was initiated to develop alignment options for the extension of Legion Road. The
resulting Recommended Design is to extend Legion Road from its current northern limit to the Park Lawn Road exit ramp from the eastbound
Gardiner Expressway using a single portal tunnel under the CN rail corridor. Excavation under the GO Rail transit system for 4 lanes and
pedestrian access contributes to the largest expense. It was stated that the extension of Legion Road will satisfy transportation needs of the
area, improve traffic safety, and improve the efficiency of the road network throughout the area. The City has protected funding and proposes
construction soon after 2020/21. Legion Road South is about 100 metres west of Park Lawn Rd. The Plan has been approved by City
Council. What is your opinion on building the Legion Road South Extension?

Q2: The Humber Public Transit Loop Interchange is presently situated off Queensway just north of the Gardiner Expressway. City
Council and the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority approved the study and expansion of the existing bus loop (at Park
Lawn/Lake Shore) to accommodate streetcars subject to review of the detailed design. Following an analysis and evaluation of
options, including consultation with the local area Councillor at the time, expansion of the existing bus loop on the southwest corner
of Park Lawn and Lake Shore was selected as the preferred alternative and approved in principle, the expansion of the existing bus
loop to accommodate streetcars subject to review of the detailed design. This would allow for increased passenger demand options
in the Humber Bay Shores Community. What is your opinion on moving the Humber Transit Loop?
