Completely offline system for Performance Management
Evaluation done every quarter
Goals are set by the end of current calendar year
Evaluation year is calendar year i.e. January to December
In the beginning of December, goal sheet form is given to every
employee.
Every time one month window is given to fill the sheets given for
self assessment
At the end of June and December, evaluation done is recorded
formally.
HR head takes care of Performance Management of employees at
the end of each quarter.
