It is my pleasure to write a personal letter of recommendation on behalf of
Rebecca Lang, a remarkable young woman who I had the pleasure of
watching grow for the past year at Tillys. As the Assistant Manager of this
company, I have seen Miss Lang work studiously and with intelligence. She
has established good relationships with her fellow employees, and during her
time in this company she has developed strong leadership and interpersonal
skills that have been unanimously praised by coworkers.
Miss Lang began working part-time as a Seasonal Sales Associate in Tillys
during one of our busiest time of the year. In this role, she had to take on a
considerable amount of responsibilities, and she handled them effortlessly.
From the beginning, she expressed her natural skills in communication and
properly interacting with both customers and the sales staff. As a result, her
dedication and attention to detail, helped increase our companys sales and
overall customer satisfaction, and eventually landing her a permanent spot
in our sales team.
Miss Lang has become an important, effective, and integral part of our team.
She has become a strong leader and role model, motivating her coworkers
and as well as new employees. She always takes initiative to lead, sales
drive, and guide other employees on how to properly connect with their
customers. Her positive energy, leadership, and communication skills has
made her an asset to our company, and she has contributed greatly to the
expansion and promotion of our companys products and image.
It is rare these days to find a high school student such as Miss Lang with a
great work ethic, and able to handle great responsibilities; it is rarer to see
someone like her with such a remarkable leadership ability, innovative
mindset, positive energy, and dedication. Based on firsthand observation, I
believe that Miss Rebecca Lang is fully capable of becoming an excellent
President of the Drama Club. I have much confidence in her as a leader, and I
offer my recommendation without reservation. I wholeheartedly believe that
she possesses the determination and intellect to be a successful President.
