For
Grade to Grade Transfer
(NOTE: In this scenario "WRONG GRADE" has been used for "LOT
CREATION", and also for creation "INBOUND DELIVERY")

Steps

1.

Go to transaction : /N/SCWM/PRDI.

2.

Open the Inbound delivery with the "WRONG GRADE".

3.

Following Scenarios are possible:


Inbound Delivery is just created and tasks are not created .
Inbound Delivery is created and tasks are also created but no tasks are
confirmed.
Inbound Delivery is created and tasks are also created but tasks are confirmed
Partially.
Inbound Delivery is created and tasks are also created but tasks are confirmed
Completely. And LRC is not completed.
Inbound Delivery is created and tasks are also created but tasks are confirmed
Completely. And LRC is completed.

Case A: Inbound Delivery is just created and tasks are not


created
STEPS:
1.

Then Create a new Inbound Delivery with the CORRECT GRADE and
continue as per process.

Case B: Inbound Delivery

i. In the following window click on "SELECT ALL ICON" and then click on
"CONFIRM +SAVE" and then on "SAVE".

ii. The status of the warehouse order changes to "CONFIRMED".

Then do BIN-TO-BIN transfer for all the confirmed HU's of the WRONG
GRADE to "SYNC" bin by warehouse process type Y999.
i. Go to Tcode - /n/scwm/adhu

ii. In the following screen click on "ADVANCED SEARCH".

Then Create a new Inbound Delivery with the CORRECT GRADE.

Then contact CARE II/HP TEAM for further support.

Case E:Inbound Delivery is created and tasks are also created


but tasks are confirmed completely. And LRC is not
completed.
STEPS:

i. In the new window enter the PRODUCT/GRADE NO., BATC/LOT NO. and
the "STOCK TYPE" as shown in the screenshot below. And click on
"ADVANCED SEARCH" and then on "CLOSE ADVENCED SEARCH"
icon.

ii. In the next screen click on "SELECT ALL" icon and then on "MASS CHANGE
ICON" and enter the details as shown in the screen shot below. And hit Enter.

iii. Now click on

iv. And then on

v. Next you can see that the source bin has changed to "SYNC" bin, from here the
stock will vanish after some time automatically.
