    partywithsomeofhisacquaintancesatSanMarinHighSchool.CaptainCornballwasescorted
    byNormaNanny,TheresaThyme,FredFleckstone,SamStubs,andGlenGlendora.The
    guestswereunawarethatallofthemhadbeenaffectedbyCaptainCornball.Everyone
    gatheredfordinnerat7:30pm.At7:35thecalmdinnerpartyturnedtochaos.Therewasa
    rustlinginthebushes,awineglassdropped,andthenaloudgroancamefromCaptain
    Cornball.CaptainCornballwasdead,astreakknifewasleftinhisneck.Thepolicearrivetothe
    sceneat7:55.Theevidencefromthehomicidewassenttothelabandalloftheguestswere
    questioned.Afterinvestigation,wearerequestingawarrantforthearrestofSamStubs.

    Samstubshasthegreatestmotivethananyoneelse.Captaincornballa.k.aThomas
    sandstoneaffectedhislifethemost.Thomassandstonewasthemanwhohismomhadan
    affairwiththatledtohisparentsfightingandhisbrotherbeingputupforadoption.Alsothomas
    sandstonemurderedhiswifePeeblesSandestonewhichsenthiminadepressionlikemood.
    Almosteveryoneelsehasareasonnottomurderhim.TheresaThymeistheauntofCaptain
    cornball,FredFleckstoneiscaptaincornballsson,GlenGlendoraiscaptaincornballsson,And
    normaadoresfredFleckstonesoshewouldntmurderhisfatherandnooneinherehasa
    reasontomurdercaptaincornballandalmostallarefamilymemberswithcaptaincornball.
    Exceptforsamstubswhohasnobloodrelationtocaptaincornball.

    Theevidencerecoveredfromthecrimesceneleadsustobelievethatsamstubs
    murderedcaptainwhoturnedouttobethomassandstone.Fingerprint,ink,andbloodrecovered
    fromthescenehelpedusdevelopasummaryofwhotheevidencebelongedto.Thefingerprint
    thatwasrecoveredoffthebrokenglassnexttocaptaincornballbelongedtosamstubsproving
    hewasnearcaptaincornballatsomepointduringthenight.Theinkwerecoveredoffthenote
    thathadwrittenonityouareadeadmanwaswrittenincrayolablackink.NormaNannyand
    samStubsbothownoneofthesepenswhichleadsustobelievethatithadtobeoneofthese
    twothatkilledcaptaincornball.LastlyweInjectedthebloodintoanagarandrecoveredcolor
    patternsthatmatchedthethebloodsamplesfoundatthescene.Thetwodnamatcheswe
    recoveredbelongedtosamstubsandNormaNanny.Throughthisevidencenowhave
    confirmedthatithadtobeoneorbothofthesetwosuspects.Noahthenanalyzedthethe
    motivesofthetwosuspectsanddiscoveredthatsamstubskilledhimbecausecaptaincornball
    killedhiswifeandwasthereasonhisbrothergotputupforadoption.

    WearerequestingasearchwarrantforSamStubbsbecausehehasthemeansmotive
    andopportunity.SamStubbshadthemeansbecausehecouldeasilygetaknifetostabcaptain
    cornballwhenhewaspresentatthedinner.MrStubbshadthemotivebecausethomas
    sandstonemurderedhiswife,putuphisbrotherforadoption,andhadanaffairwithhismom.
    Samhadtheopportunitybecausehewasatadinnerwithcaptaincornballwhohad
    rememberedfromthepast.Mygroupisrequestingthatwegetasearchwarranttofurtherallow
    ustoprogressinthisinvestigation.
