Dear Parents & Friends,

As many of you know, we are

looking into the possibility of
having a preschool and after
school care at OLU next year. It
is a very big undertaking with
many requirements. I hope to
be able to inform families by
the end of the school year if we
are able to make this happen.
If this works out, we will use
other area models as examples
for determining costs.
Along those lines, some of
our students have been left
longer and longer waiting for a
ride after school. Carmen and I
cannot always be here and
most times parents dont even
contact the school. In the event
that we are able to get the after
school program in place next
year, all students still here at
3:45 will be sent to after school
care and charged accordingly.
I know that transportation can
be challenging but you must
understand that we frequently
have other responsibilities and
appointments after school.

ENROLLMENT/ TUITION
MEETINGS

Several families have been

verified on the FACTS website
and are ready to finalize their
enrollment. Those meetings
will begin being scheduled
over the next several weeks. If
you have your enrollment
paperwork ready, your subsidy
documentation complete, your
registration fee paid, and have
been verified through FACTS,
we can proceed with getting
your tuition payments all set
up for next year. Please call
the office if you have any
questions. Beginning Monday,
all registration fees are $150,
no exceptions.

FIRST COMMUNION
SERVERS
Servers are needed for
2:00pm First Communions on
Sunday, April 17, 24, and May
1. Please let Mrs. Butters
know if your child can help.

PTO SOCIAL
The Spring PTO Social has
been changed to Saturday,
April 30 following the 4pm
Mass at SH. Please plan to
come and bring your families.
Its a great opportunity for us
to spend time together and
thank all of our families for
their hard work for the school
this year

UPCOMING EVENTS

FR. KENTS CONCERT

Fr. Kent's concert at St.
Michael's has been postponed
until sometime in the fall due
to a scheduling conflict. He will
still ask that students join him
to sing at that time so we will
keep you updated when we
return from the summer
break.

LENTEN ALMSGIVING
CALENDAR UPDATE
At the last PTO meeting it
was brought to our attention
that April 25 was not listed as
a day off on the abbreviated
calendar. We will continue to
remind you throughout the
month that there is NO
SCHOOL on Monday, April 25.

I am so proud of our
students! They were given a
Rice Bowl to put donations in
throughout the season of Lent.
Those were taken up during
offertory at our all-school Mass
prior to Easter. Over 30 bowls
were brought up by students.
What a great display of charity!
