    labor.Theproblemispeoplearetreatedasobjectsandnotgivenfreedomorarent
    reallygiventheopportunitytolivetheirlife.Weneedtogivebacklifetothosewhohad
    itsprivilegestakenaway.Itsaproblembecausesomeonepeoplerightsandfreedomis
    beingtakenawayandpeoplearebeingusedandseenasanobject.146countriesand
    territorieshaveenactedlegislationcriminalizingallaspectsoftrafficking18havepartial
    legislation9countrieshavenolegislationagainsthumantrafficking.VictimsinEurope
    andCentralAsiaaremostlytraffickedforsexualexploitation(66percent),whereasin
    East&SouthAsiaandthePacificforcedlabouristhemainreason(64percent).Inthe
    Americas,bothtypesaredetectedinalmostequalmeasure(48percentforsexual
    exploitation,47percentforforcedlabour).Theproportionofchildrenamongthe
    detectedvictimsisincreasing:oneinthreeisachildmostofthemaregirlstwooutof
    everythreechildrentraffickedaregirls.Womenandgirlsmakeup70percentof
    detectedtraffickingvictimsworldwide.Girlsmakeup2outofevery3childvictims,and
    togetherwithwomen,accountfor70%ofoveralltraffickingvictimsworldwide.Arecent
    studyfromWalkFree,anantislaveryorganization,putsthenumberofslavesataround
    36million,whichis0.5%oftheworldspopulation.36millionisalittleoverhalfthe
    populationofBritain,welloverthepopulationofanumberofEuropeannations,
    includingGreece,andjustaboutthepopulationofScandinaviaputtogether.When
    framedinthoseterms,thatnumberstartstoseemprettyterrifyingthoughevenone
    personinslaveryisaseriousmatter.

    MissionStatement
    Ourmissionistogiveshelterandaidtothosewhohavesufferedfromhuman
    trafficking.Basicallywedontplanonstoppingthisactasothercompaniesarealready
    dedicatedtothatandalsowewouldntwanttointerferetoomuchwithforeignaffairsas
    thatisthegovernmentsjob.Weplanonbeingasafetynettothosewhohaveendured
    theterriblelifestylebroughtaboutthroughhumantrafficking.Wegivethemabetterlife
    wheretheycanactuallygetaneducationandaplacewheretheycanreceivetherapy
    andalsofood.Wewanttogivethemasafeplacewheretheycanrecuperateand
    hopefullyhelpthembecometheleadersoftomorrow.

    ActionPlan

    Ourplanistohelpthesurvivorsgetbackontheirfeet.Wearegoingtobeproviding
    sheltersandfoodforthesurvivors.Itwillbenefitthecommuntiybytherebeingmore
    skillfulworkerstofilloutjobpositionstheeconomycanthrive.Ourplanisdifferentthan

    otherpeoplesorganizationsuchasHopeforJusticeandNotforSalebecauseweare
    tryingtohelpthesurvivorsgetbackontheirfeetandweletthegovernmenttakecare
    withsavingthemusingtaskforces.Wehopetochangelivesandinfluencethemina
    positiveway.

    FinancialNeed
    Weareanonprofitorganization.Anythinghelpsforustoreachourgoal,butweare
    shootingfor$2millionforsheltersthataresetupforthesurvivors.Foodandother
    expenseswewillneed$500,000.
