Spot Report re Drowning Incident

October 26, 2015

Please be informed that at about 6:30 PM of October 26, 2015 a drowning incident transpired
at Nilangoyan River at Barangay Cataguintingan this municipality, wherein the victim was
identified as GENEVIEVE CARRERA y GUIMBONGAN, 8 years old and a resident of same
place. Investigation conducted disclosed that the victim was drowned on the shallow part of the
river while swimming together with her companions.

2.

Immediately a concerned citizen together with Barangay Captain Pedremio D. Guieb Jr.
of same Barangay retrieved the victim and was rushed at Rosario District Hospital
Rosario, La Union but pronounced Dead on Arrival (DOA) by her attending Physician.
