Busters Building and Renovations has a long-standing commitment to maintain a drug
and alcohol free work place. To promote the health, safety, and productivity of employees, it is the companys policy to provide a drug and alcohol free workplace. To support this goal, Busters Building and Renovations has established a random drug testing policy for all employees on the job. The physical well-being of Busters Building and Renovations employees is necessary to properly carry out responsibilities. Substance abuse causes serious detrimental consequences to users, which impacts productivity, health, and most importantly the safety of the employees. In effect on the 8th of March, all Busters Building and Renovations employees will be required to participate in random drug testing for the use of alcohol or any drug that may impair job performance. To ensure that every employee subject to drug screening has the same probability of being chosen, the selection will be conducted by a statistically valid random generator. All drug testing will be conducted at The First Choice Drug Testing center in North Little Rock. Prior to testing, the employee will be read a statement of the employees rights and complete a form listing all medications/drugs currently being used. Testing will be limited to urine specimens, taken in a manner to insure the authenticity of the sample. An independent laboratory will process the samples and all results will be kept strictly confidential. Employees testing positive, will be temporarily suspended until the employee undergoes proper rehabilitation. Failing to do so, he or she will be asked to work elsewhere. Compliance with Busters Building and Renovations drug and alcohol free work place policy is a condition of employment and each employee is responsible for ensuring familiarity with the policy and the requirements.
