    Hello,
    Thank you for your participation in my usability test of the Google Browser
    Set Up document I created. I would like to video record this usability test and
    share the results with my class for the purposes of improving my document. I
    will not share your name or any other identifying information with anyone
    else. You are free to leave at any time. If you end participation, I will delete
    any video I have captured and notes that I have taken. Please inform me of
    any questions or concerns you may have.
    Before beginning the test, I ask that you please complete the following
    survey to the best of your ability:
