POST OBSERVATION REPORT

Strengths from this session:
I loved your Hangman motivator before class started! What a great way to
reward students for their participation. Small group participation is tough but
you came up with a great way to encourage them.
I loved hearing students participate on the mic! You did such a great job
encouraging them to participate in many different ways.
I am so impressed with your lesson plans! You have used the ideas from our
instructional coaches, the expectations are clear, your organized plans help
students know exactly what to work on!
Suggestions for future sessions:
I was so happy to see that you used the suggestions from our last meeting with
the microphones and publishing responses to the whiteboard! You catch on so
quickly and apply everything to your lessons.
Maybe you should start training other teachers because you are FANTASTIC!
These kids are so lucky to have you to work with them. You are patient and
kind. You expect students to work hard and then you reward them when they
do. Keep it up!
