Introduction/Overview
The topic that interests me is Post Dramatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), the causes of it, and
the possible cures that are being practiced. More specifically I will be researching the cases
involving military personnel coming back from warzones in Iraq and Afghanistan. The basic
definition of PTSD is that it is a mental disorder that people get when they are exposed to a
traumatic event. This can be a car accident, witnessing a loved one dying, being verbally abused,
or being in a gun fight.
While there are clearly many causes of PTSD, the severity of the case is often less clear
