Currentlythepercentageofstudentswhowouldqualifyforthisextramoneyiscalculated
atthedistrictlevel.Thiscreatesaproblemwhenyouhaveamultipleschoolswithinadistrict.

extramoney.Thesestudentsneedmorehelpwhichcostsmoney.Ifweareunabletoaccurately
identifytheschoolsthatneedthisextramoneystudentswillbeleftbehindandwillnotreceive
theservicestheyneedtobesuccessful.Thislackoffairandappropriateeducationwillhave
lastingeffectsonthestudent'ssocialandemotionalwellbeing.Weneedtofindawaytoidentify
theselowincomeschoolswithindistrictsandchannelthemoneydirectlytothem.Ifwecontinue
