Guidelines for Submitting Online Application

1. After filling the particulars, take print out of submitted application and dispatch signed
printed application along with documents to PEC Head office, Islamabad as per checklist.

Processing of online application will start only once printed application is received at
PEC Head office.

Incomplete applications will not be processed.

4.
Please ensure to provide correct information before submitting online application, once
submitted, it will not be possible to change the submitted information directly.

Please provide readable scanned copies of the testimonials, photograph (with blue
background), fee challan, CNIC and signature. The same photograph will be printed on PEC
registration certificate.

Scanned copies of documents should not exceed 500kb per file.

Registration is complementary (without fee) for engineers who graduated in 2015.

Life subscription fee for new registration for RE is Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand
only). This facility is valid up to 31 Dec 2015.
9. Add guidelines that pdf viewer is must. Furthermore, on review tab, add direction for
printing and required documents checklist link.
10. Google chrome is the most compatible browser for the application submission.
11. Please ensure that popup is allowed within browser to allow form-popup, which is to be
printed, otherwise you may not see printable form if popups are entirely blocked within
system browser.
12. Please ensure PDF reader is installed at your system and is working properly. The
printable form is a pdf file downloaded to local system and is displayed within the browser
for print. If you are using any download accelerator software, the pdf file may be downloaded
by such download software. In either case, this file needs to be opened with pdf reader.
13. If the fee is not paid online and Pay-Order is made. Please ensure to attach original Payorder along with the application.
