    NoregionshouldsendaprojecttotheStateExpositionthatdoesnotmeettheseregulations.
    Studentsandsponsorsdoingamicroorganismprojectmustcompletethisform.Thesignatureofthestudentorstudentsand
    thesponsorindicatesthattheprojectwasdonewithintheserulesandregulations.Failuretocomplywiththeseruleswill
    meanthedisqualificationoftheprojectatthestatelevel.ThisformmustfollowtheSafetySheetintheprojectpaperandon
