room you wish to add. • You will then see the room’s availability. • Then email Katie.Brearley@theengi negroup.com to request the room. • She will confirm the booking by sending an invite. Meeting Rooms On All Other Floors • There is a different process for booking rooms not on the 5th floor. • This applies to all floors apart from the 3rd floor which can only be used by people on that floor. • First open the folder list on your Outlook calendar: Meeting Rooms On All Other Floors • Open the folder tree as shown on the left and select the room to check the availability. • You can add a meeting to these rooms as you would your own calendar. • You cannot send invites from them so if you wish to invite attendees you must do so from your own personal calendar. • Once you have blocked out the time you want no-one but you can change it as you become the administrator for that particular booking so there can be no fear that someone will delete it.
