Question
COOKIE TASTING TIME
We are putting 2 things to into consideration for this project:
1. Does freezing cookie dough for a period of time would affect
the taste?
2. Does the cookie dough flavor make a difference?

PROCEDURE
1.Buy 2 cookie dough tubes, same brand
(Sugar & Chocolate Chip)
2.I froze 2 halves of each of each dough
flavor for 24 hrs & left the other 2 halves
to thaw for 1 hour before baking.
3.Baking time:
First batch contained the thawed out dough

CONCLUSION
As seen previously in the results 2 out the 5 volunteers said they
tasted a slight (better) difference in the chocolate chip cookies
with the frozen dough, while the other 3 volunteers said they did
not taste a difference on either of the cookies. Therefore my
conclusion would be that there is little to no change in taste due
to having frozen or thawed cookie dough nor does the type of
cookie flavor.
