Only by providing the standard of quality and service demanded by our customers, and constantly striving to maintain and improve the standard, can we continue to be a respected provider of services. ‘The basic quality standard requirements to achieve the standard are laid down in the exposition, Quality standards are the responsibilty of all personnel and it is the duty of all personnel to comply with this policy, to strive to both maintain and improve quality standards at every opportunity The Quality System and associated Quality Audit Programme enables effective monitoring of «Georgian Airways» compliance with JAR-OPS 1,desired levels of operational safety and security, the Operations Manual, «Georgian Airways» Approved Maintenance Programmes, and Maintenance Management Exposition and any other standards specified by «Georgian Airways» or the Authority, to ensure safe operations and alrworthy aircraft. ‘The Maintenance Quality System details the procedures and disciplines necessary, in conjunction with the Company Quality system, including regular feedback and reports to the Accountable Manager, to ensure compliance with all current legislation. snes LF owe {2-09-2042 Name: Robert Oganesian Tite: First Deputy General Director / Accountable Manager MCM-MME ISSUE 1 FEBRUARY 2009
