OPEN RECRUITMENT IWOCA 2014

IWOCA ( International working camp ) is one of Project Department work program that
will be held for engaging youths from different countries to do some empowerments for society,
act for environment, and build a brotherhood among all people involved this event.
Open recruitment was made to choose the committee of this event which is participats
had to fill out and collected the application form on February 20-25, screening on 26 February-2
March, plotting on March 2-3, and the announcement of the committee members of IWOCA on
the 4th March. In open recruitment of this year, the committee candidates were trained to speak
English better, and was presented in family atmosphere when screening thus making candidates
felt more calm and showed off the skill that they have without feeling the pressured atmosphere
of screening , and this year the number of applicants was bigger than last year so that the number
of committee that accepted in this years was bigger too. Expecting that the committee of IWOCA
who had been selected can keep struggle in the work team of IWOCA till the end of this event
and be able to succeed and realize the main goal of IWOCA, that are empowerment,
environment, and brotherhood.
