I am writing in reference to Lisa Fitzpatrick who was my Student Teacher here at Alice E.
Grady Elementary School in Elmsford New York.
Ms. Fitzpatrick is a responsible individual. She would often take initiative and I found
her very eager to add her wonderful ideas to my daily lesson planning. Ms. Fitzpatrick
has the remarkable ability to put forth her caring ways in the classroom which makes
every student feel comfortable and special around her. Lisa is well liked throughout the
entire school community and is a total team player.
Ms. Fitzpatrick has strong background knowledge of the content areas, which provided
my classroom with another resource for the students. Her knowledge of the diverse
cultures in the entire school enables her to interact and understand the students. Ms.
Fitzpatrick had the opportunity to create effective planning which enabled her to
implement her wonderful instructional strategies.
I would recommend Ms. Fitzpatrick for a position as a teacher in her own classroom. She
has demonstrated that she is capable of using her teaching skills and applying them to her
very own classroom. The students of our sixth grade respected Ms. Fitzpatrick and were
willing to go to her if a need arose. It will be in your best interest to hire her as a teacher
in your district.
