Neighbourhood Plan. What is the Coordinating Body's view? FJ

we noted the following points PB to respond: PB
− the maisonettes on Chapter St should have front doors onto the street, not at the
side.
− Underground carpark for 29 cars
− corner 'terrace' on Chapter St corner, not open to the sky.
− Maisonettes in Chapter St. The upper ones have no gardens (as required by
SPD10). A roof terrace above would be better than nothing (and the 4th floor flat).
− The whole scheme is too big – 5 storeys. Does not respect its relationship to
Portland Square.
− Brook's Dye Works. Judy Preston reported on the work of the Brooks Planning Group
and sought the views of SPU. Pete will go to the event on Monday (6-8).
