To whom it may concern:

Our group of toy inventors has created a new version of the ball in a cup. Just like the
old creation it has the same goal but for this particular make of ball in the cup, the difficulty can
be raised or lowered. The purpose of Ball in the Cup is to flick the wrecking ball in between the
two sticks into its square pocket. The assembly is simple and comes with a set of step by step
instructions. Creating the body of the cup, then followed by the handle, finished by connecting
the ball and chain to the body of the cup.
Ball in the Cup has been tested by our group of testers. Both the toy itself and
instructions have gone through the trial, and we believe that the toy is ready for the masses.
Right away were able to notice that the instructions and the rubber bands that were provided
were not strong enough and did not hold enough tension. So this problem was addressed
quickly and efficiently by replacing the rubber bands and deepening the instructions on how to
tie them to the toy. The toys cost to make is roughly fourteen cents and will be sold at 4.99$.
The toy is cheap and easy; the marketing team will have a field day selling this toy. It's
easy and classic, along with it being assembled other toys could be created from the same
pieces. Making it more appealing to a wider audience, easily by Christmas, this toy could
become a must have everywhere.

Thanks,
The Ball in the Cup Team
