I will determine what all the students in my class learned by different types of
feedback, depending on the students learning capabilities. Asking
responsive questions throughout the workout and after, will help me get a
better understanding of each student and what strategies I will have to use to
maximize their learning style.

Differentiated
Assessment Plan

Pre-and-post lifting results on different exercises will help me determine who

maximized their individual effort and completely understood the techniques
demonstrated.
I will make sure to compensate for the special needs children by putting them
in a group of non EC students, similar in strength, so they can have both
teacher and peer-to-peer instruction. I will also be communicating closely
with their EC teacher and making sure I am in accordance with their 504
modifications. I will also stay close, continuously communicating about the
workout and encouraging all my students, regardless of learning ability, to
keep them excited and fully engaged in the workout.
