A Bill to Eliminate Waiting Periods to

Make Abortion More Accessible


BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. Eliminate all waiting periods in order to get an abortion. After eliminating current
waiting periods, it will be illegal to make any new abortion waiting periods.
SECTION 2. A waiting period is defined as any mandatory time period a woman is forced to
wait until she is allowed to get an abortion after requesting one. This waiting
period usually follows mandatory counseling as to why she should not get an
abortion based upon inaccurate information.
SECTION 3. This bill will be enforced by the United States Department of Health and Human
Services
A. A specific committee will be created under the United States Department of Health and Human
Services to oversee all abortion affairs including this bill.
B. The committee will be called The Department of Abortion and Reproductive Health.
SECTION 4. This bill will go into effect January 1, 2016
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

A Bill to Eliminate All 20 Week Bans on Abortion


BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. Eliminate all 20 week bans on abortions.
SECTION 2. Seeing as abortion can be necessary to save the mothers life and
sometimes is needed at 20 weeks, plus there is no compelling government interest
to cut off abortion rights at 20 weeks, these bans should be eliminated.
SECTION 3. This bill will be enforced by the United States Department of
Health and Human Services

A. A specific committee will be created under the United States Department of Health and Human
Services to oversee all abortion affairs including this bill.
B. The committee will be called The Department of Abortion and Reproductive Health.
SECTION 4. This bill will go into effect January 1, 2016
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null
and void.

A Bill to Eliminate Required to be Published Misinformation to
Better Inform About Abortion
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. Eliminate all required/mandatory misinformation about abortion be
published in clinics, on government/clinic websites
SECTION 2. Misinformation is any untrue of exaggerate information and
material pertaining to abortion to attempt to push an anti-choice viewpoint.
SECTION 3. This bill will be enforced by the United States Department of
Health and Human Services
A. A specific committee will be created under the United States Department of Health and Human
Services to oversee all abortion affairs including this bill.
B. The committee will be called The Department of Abortion and Reproductive Health.
SECTION 4. This bill will go into effect January 1, 2016
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null
and void.

A Bill to Eliminate Listen to the Heartbeat Counseling
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. Eliminate all listen to the Heartbeat counseling unless requested


specifically by the patient.
SECTION 2. When a woman seeking an abortion is forced to listen to the fetus's
heartbeat in order to attempt to guilt her out of her personal medical choice. This
method of counseling is perpetuated by partisan pro-lifers and invades the secular
nature of health care.
SECTION 3. This bill will be enforced by the United States Department of
Health and Human Services
A. A specific committee will be created under the United States Department of Health and Human
Services to oversee all abortion affairs including this bill.
B. The committee will be called The Department of Abortion and Reproductive Health.
SECTION 4. This bill will go into effect January 1, 2016

and void.
