Check circuit fuse size/MCB rating correct.

Check equipment IP rating correct for the area it is located in.

Check all fixtures and JB's are securely fitted.

Check earthing complete as per design requirements.

Check all equipment tags are installed and are correct.

Check all cables installed and checklist completed.

Check to see records for Megger testing on the complete circuit from field panel
- with fixtures connections to JB's open.
