Fundamental Skills Using Parachute Activity

Names: Brenda Cuevas and Jackeline Vasquez


Lesson Objectives:
To be able to identify different loco-motor skills
To be able to complete the four corner activities
To get along with peers using a parachute
To work in a low organized setting.

Challenge course:
Course 1: Hop in and out of 5 hoops,
puppy dog around a cone for 5 seconds,
and skip to the finish line.
Course 2: Weave in and out of four
cones, crab walk around one cone for 5
seconds and gallop for to the finish line.
Course 3: Roll on a mat, do agility run
through 4 hoops, and slide to the finish
line.
Course 4:Jump over each of the 5
cones, jump back and forth over a
stretched out jump rope, run backwards
around three cones, and hop to a cone.

Teacher chooses two students to be
sharks. Sharks go under chute while
