Reference for Carl Quicksall, written 4/15/16

Ive known Carl for 2 years now and have employed him on work around the ranch
on about a dozen occasions.
Carl has done excellent work on a number of
projects including:
-

Prep and Installation work on a 60 panel solar system (15Kwh)

Prep and installation work on an irrigation system for our orchard
Yardwork. Tree pruning, Cleanup from projects (particularly after we installed a
steel barn)

Carl has demonstrated a very strong work ethic, he would work diligently to finish
his work and then seek us out for additional tasks.
Carl has demonstrated good teamwork, he usually worked as part of a team and
very much pulled his own weight.
Carl has demonstrated excellent comprehension on instructions. The solar project
in particular was complex, we were doing it ourselves with Carl as a helper and he
was able to accurately follow complex instructions.
Carl is punctual. When we agreed on a time, he was always here on time and
ready to work.
In summary, Im very pleased with Carl and plan on using him on future work until
either college takes him out of the area or a more regular job consumes his
available hours.
