School Wide: Career Caf for students to explore different opportunities at each career cluster where the different clusters become goal-oriented CFWV Day for Students- Day where students participate in a day of exploring career interests, learning about resume building, and the different aspects of post-high school life. Week Wide Intervention where students are assigned a career within a cluster each day that they must explore, research, and present on each day Classroom Guidance: facilitating classroom guidance based off the students career clusters School-Wide Goal: increasing the number of students who regularly use CFWV Teacher Involvement: Creating/leaving resources for teachers in the copy room/teachers lounge on ways they can incorporate CFWV into their course work o i.e. English Classes: assign students to draft their resume or cover letter
