    We are enclosing two (2) DWE6000 Routers which we
    purchased on May 28, 2015. A copy of the invoice and the
    receipt showing credit card payment are also enclosed.
    We are returning the product because the latch on the base
    is broken on both units. I need this product for my business,
    and therefore we are requesting that you send us a full
    refund.
    Call us at the phone number indicated above if there is any
    problem with refunding these defective items.
