Use time management skills while boothing show, cue anchors and reporters in field
Edit video for stories, teases and headlines using MediaCentral and Avid NewsCutter

Report and turn content for KOMU 8 News at Noon, 5, 6, 9 and 10 p.m. shows
Shoot demonstrative stand-ups, front stories live in the field or studio
Pitch original enterprise stories, turning one special report a week on top of daily reporting shifts
Serve as a beat reporter, highlighting scams and rip-offs in Mid-Missouri
Work with the Target 8 Investigation Team, submit FOIA requests and turn in-depth reports

Co-anchor live newscasts weekly, including KOMU 8 News at 5, 6, 9 and 10 p.m.

Anchor and produce multiple local news cut-ins during NBCs The Today Show

Floor direct daily lifestyle program The Hampton Roads Show, run teleprompter
Write scripts, edit video and publish weekly blogs and web stories to WAVY.com
Attend sales meetings, make cold calls and pitch ideas for potential clients
Write topicals and pressers, work promotional events and calculate commercial values
Shadow reporters and photographers, assist with editing, writing and turning content
