Alex Lin

S Alex Lin has recycled over 300,000 pounds of e-waste and

he is still recycling e-waste (electronic waste) to this day.


S Alex Lin is known for how much electronic waste he has

recycled.
S Even though Alex Lin has recycled 300,000 pounds of e-

waste, on the other hand, America discards more than


12,000 pounds of e-waste each day!

group of teens
from Santa
Monica, CA
making a huge
difference in their
community!

Team Marine worked to ban ALL plastic


bags in Santa Monica, CA.

19 billion plastic bags are used every year in


California and 6 billion bags are used in Los
Angeles every year.

Team Marine has really helped the


environment by raising awareness about the
dangers of plastic bags to animals and the
environment.

Team Marine also pushes using recyclable


bags in their community and recycling plastic
bags.
