1poundgroundlamb
1tablespoonbutter
1sweetonion,chopped
1(14.5ounce)canorganicbeefbroth
1(14.5ounce)canorganicchickenbroth
2(14.5ounce)cansbeefconsomme
1(14.5ounce)candicedtomatoes,undrained
1tablespoonhoney
3largecarrots,chopped
2sweetpotatoes,peeledanddiced
OrganicSweetPotatoes
1(15ounce)cangarbanzobeans,drainedandrinsed
1/2cupchoppeddriedapricots
1cupdriedlentils,rinsed
groundblackpepper,totaste

Directions
1. Combinecinnamon,cumin,ginger,cloves,nutmeg,
turmeric,currypowder,andsaltinalargebowl.Mixin
thegroundlamb.Formostflavorfulresults,allow
mixturetorest,refrigerated,overnight.
2. Meltbutterinalargepotovermediumheat.Cookthe
onioninthebutteruntilsoftandjustbeginningto
brown,5to10minutes.Mixthespicedlambmixtureto
theonions.Cookandstiruntilmeatisbrowned,about5
minutes.
3. Pourthebeefbroth,chickenbroth,andconsommeinto
thepot.Stirinthetomatoes,honey,carrots,sweet
potatoes,garbanzobeans,driedapricotsandlentils.
Bringtoboilreduceheattolow.
4. Simmerstewfor30minutesoruntilthevegetablesand
lentilsarecookedandtender.Seasonwithblack
peppertotaste.
