    Sub: Issue of Short term visa to appear Professional Pharmacist
    Licensing Examination.
    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I Mr. Bojedla Chaitanya bearing with Passport number K1865814. And my
    App Ref No: BAGL/280416/0002/01. I had paid examination fee to write the
    exams held by SAPC in the month of May 2016 and I have received Exam Hall
    ticket from South Africa Pharmacy Council to appear Professional Pharmacist
    Licensing Examination. I request you to please issue the short term visitors
    visa from 13-05-2016 to.21-05-2016.please send me visa before date..I
    had booked the flight tickets also. Exam is my carrier and my Dream
    also..I had received hall ticket on monday only. Because of that
    reason i had applied visa lately..
    I have enclosed the supporting documents for my application.
