shows us a drill for your team to practise
moving together as a unit.

Organizing the drill:

Coachs Note
The drill must be practised at
high speed.
The movement and anticipation of the players must be
enforced throughout the duration of the drill.
Scoring goals is the objective, but the support and efficient movement of players is
crucial to this drill.
