She has worked as the Equipment Manager for the Tiffin University football team since 2013 where her responsibilities include setting up and tearing down the field, doing laundry, fixing equipment, inventory, and assisting with home and away games. She also works as a camp counselor for Tiffin Parks and Recreation and as a hair stylist and salon manager at Good Shepherd Home Salon. Widman is involved in several clubs at Tiffin University and volunteers as a basketball coach. She has received the Dean's List honor from 2015 to present and was inducted into the National Leadership Society in 2015.

    Complete all laundry duties

    Tasked with giving players the correct jersey and pants for game days

    Assist in setting up the locker room and field for all home and away games

    Helping to make sure all equipment is loaded onto the box truck and makes it to the field for
    home and away games
