YEAR 6 SATS

YEAR 1 TRIP TO THE DEEP

Massive congratulations to all the

Year 6 children who sat their SATs
this week. We are immensely proud
of you, and of all the effort you
have put in this year.

As part of their new topic Under the

Sea, children from Year 1 visited The
Deep last week. They had a brilliant
time and got to see all kinds of
underwater creatures, including stingrays, sharks and a catfish!

BRADFORD BULLS ART CLUB

After their fantastic trip to Salts Mill
Art Gallery recently, the Bradford
Bulls Art Club hosted an art
exhibition in the hall at New Cross
Street last week. The children
showed off their work, including art
made during the club, to their
parents and classmates.

When it is warm, please can all

families ensure that children have
sun cream on to protect them from
harmful UV rays. Sun cream can be
applied before school so children
are protected through the day.
Children may also bring a summer
hat to school, if they wish, so their
heads and necks are covered during
play time.

One of the parents commented, My
