Support of the chemistry teaching and research laboratories, ensuring that adequate supplies of reagents
and equipment are available.
Maintain and update the daily record of the chemistry stockroom inventory.
Organize and maintain the chemistry-related stockroom.
Ensure that all chemical labeling and storage meets the requirement of OSHA.
Ask supplier for quotes of the chemical, supplies and equipment needed in the teaching and research

Issue requisition for chemicals, supplies, and equipment requested by Chemistry Department faculty

Maintain records of purchase orders, and communicate with suppliers in the event of any order
